The business was founded by Mark Shipton (left) and Neil Hastings (right) in November 2024. The business was created in the hope of bringing professional-level analysis tools and insights to grassroots clubs - empowering coaches and players with the same technology, expertise, and support used in elite academies. Our hope is that parents/players feel like they have left no stone unturned in the pursuit of their dream as a professional footballer. We hope that our service reduces the gap between grassroots and academy players already in the ‘system’, increasing the chances of a ‘late developer’ making it in the game.

We also recognise that the better you perform in football, the longer you stay in the game. Playing football into adulthood has several physical, mental, social and emotional benefits. We hope that our service, through visual learning, allows player to fulfil their full potential and stay in the game as long as possible.

‘I have worked as a secondary school PE teacher in Livingston for 12 years. I have always been involved in football, delivering the SFA’s ‘school of football’ for 4 years. The idea for the business was born out of the analysis sessions we had with the SFA students. The engagement and excitement of watching themselves back resonated with me and I wanted to give more players that opportunity.
