We began this service to provide grassroots players with the same tools academy players have access to. We have Neil (right) and Mark (left). Neil is assistant manager at Livingston, A-Licence & UEFA Elite youth A licence holder. Mark has worked in education for 15 years and is certified in football analysis, he is responsible for ensuring that language within the analysis is age and stage appropriate and adheres to the fundamentals of effective feedback.
